Bakelaar Jewellers Limited Shipping Policy.

Since 1967, Bakelaar Jewellers Limited has prided itself on providing its customers with industry knowledge and customer service. It is Bakelaar Jewellers priority to ensure that you are satisfied with your product.

Once you place an order online for delivery, Bakelaar Jewellers will notify you by email within 4 to 7 business days that your order is ready to ship out, or if there are any delays due to stock availability.

Our business shipping days are Tuesday at 11:00 am – Friday 11:00 am. All orders received after these pickup times will be processed on the next business day.

Before orders are shipped out, they are inspected for quality control and are professionally packed. To ensure our fragile products arrive safely, all orders are packed with extra packaging for safety, therefore it is not possible to offer gift packaging for delivery items. All orders are professionally packed, so that the occurrence of damage is rare. Rest assured that all shipments are insured for both damages and loss.

Bakelaar Jewellers is based in Listowel, Ontario, Canada and all Canadian orders are shipping from there.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES

Shipping will be Charged on the checkout page. Currently we use FedEx for all our shipping.

* At checkout you may choose expedited shipping for an additional fee

*Deliveries to Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us directly for this shipping option.

* Any orders being shipped outside of Ontario are subject to the applicable sales tax of the destination province.
